Introduction: Want to learn how to defend yourself? Trying to shift a few pounds and/or become bigger, stronger, faster, more healthy? Now sitting at 6ft5 and 235lbs I've been the skinniest guy in the room, the chunky guy and the least equipped to defend himself at different times in my life. At 29 years old I now have two fights under my belt, over 7 years of experience in Muay Thai and 10 years experience in Strength & Conditioning and Fitness. I design tailor-made plans for each individual geared towards multiple goals: Traditional Muay Thai and self defense Weightloss and fitness Strength and muscle gain I then visit you at your home or preferred location and coach you through the process of attaining your dream body, fighting ability and/or confidence levels (yes all three can be attained!). Personal Training

Maybe you want a personal trainer, or maybe you’re looking for self-defense. Perhaps you’re ready to get out of the Covid slump or you’re looking for a someone who can teach you the most badass martial art-Muay Thai. As someone who has been through various personal trainers, martial arts and sports coaches, I cannot recommend Jack enough. He knows what he’s doing abs he’s amazing at what he does. As a mental Heath therapist, I’m in awe of his ability to read emotions, checking in with clients and really being someone who cares about mental, emotional and physical growth. Hands down the best you could ask for in a trainer. I’ve referred several friends and I work extra hours to take extra sessions with him. Need I say more?

Private Self Defense Lessons

I’ve been training with Jack for over a month, it’s been awesome! He really puts emphasis on proper form and always explains the reasoning behind certain moves or positions, which I appreciate. The sessions are super fun and I already feel so much stronger than when I started. I’m really happy to be training with Jack!

Jack is awesome! When I first chose Jack as my personal trainer, I knew nothing about lifting. He helped show how big of a difference proper form is to achieve the results I want and how to know if I was actually doing things correctly. He also helped me with nutrition and making sure I was getting the right amount of protein and calories daily. I was able to grow the places I was hoping to get like my glutes and slim and tone my abs! Overall I feel so much stronger and have more energy everyday.

I’ve been training with Jack for almost a year now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers I’ve met. I started training once a week, as part of a group Muay Thai session, really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the workout. Then I decided to go for personal one-on-one general sessions to prepare for my upcoming wedding. Jack is focused on helping me accomplish my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My endurance has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit-ups/core exercises, lift heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I look forward to my workouts. Importantly: + He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries and takes the time to guide me through each exercise. + Jack isincredibly reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I totally enjoy working out in the outdoor environment and would recommend Jack to anyone looking to enhance their health/fitness with a dedicated trainer.

Private Self Defense Lessons

I was looking for a self defense class that would work for me for a while. I contacted Jack and he responded right away, explaining how he works with clients and what Muay Thai is (I had no idea). I must say, that I absolutely LOVE it. I've never done any type of training like this before, it not only is getting me fitter but it REALLY helps with stress release, along with improving my daily discipline! I didn't realize starting with Jack that my training would improve my lifestyle so much. Knowing that you can protect yourself brings an entirely new mindset and confidence to my attitude. Jack also answers my questions right away via text or call, whichever you prefer. Jack has guided me on diet, as well as training. He is friendly, patient and he clearly loves what he does. I couldn't recommend Jack any higher to work with. Do it!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    The hourly fee is based on thousands of hours of training in both Muay Thai and Strength & Conditioning (including 2 Muay Thai fights and 6 months spent training in Thailand). However, I do offer discounts if a customer commits to multiple sessions per week and multiple months at a time. Please ask about these discounts and we can work out the plan that best suits you. Included in the fee is a tailored workout plan which is yours to keep, 24 hour text and phone support and nutrition advice and guidance. Additionally, each 60-minute session will take you closer to your predetermined goals. With my help you will get the results you seek, whether that be a 6 pack, 250lb squat, confidence, self-defence, more energy, etc, etc, etc. Small consistent steps in the short term build big achievements over the months and years. I'm excited to be part of your success story. 💯👊🏽

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Typically we begin with a half price taster session where we see if we would be a good fit for each other. We discuss challenges and goals and I give them an idea of what a typical session might look like. Should the customer wish to go ahead we next develop the perfect plan for them and begin building the habits necessary to achieve their goals. We then get to work, consistently getting better every day with the 1-2-1 coaching and ongoing phone support. I don't just turn up, make you do some burpees and leave, I become a constant influence in your life. I offer an outside perspective on your challenges with zero judgment ever! No one is perfect. I mess up every day, but we can improve our situation, our mindset and our habits daily.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I've trained and fought Muay Thai under Derry McCourt (Muay Thai 8) for 3 years who is still a personal mentor of mine to this day. I've spent 6 months training out of Super Pro Samui (Thailand) and 4 months training out of Nukzu Muay Thai (Australia) I've spent the last year training out of Syndicate MMA Las Vegas under the coaching of John Wood, Tom Lawler, Walker Vivian and Rich Grindle. Alongside this, I've been involved in bodybuilding and strength & conditioning since 16 years old and I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
