Adam Musgrave’s one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with. He’s friendly but firm, and he’s laser focused on my particular goals. He actually walks the talk, and every time I see him I’m inspired to work harder and keep pushing towards my potential. Highest recommendation.

Adam is a great trainer! I came to him with a good foundation after losing a decent amount of weight on my own, but I knew it was time to hit the weights. At the time, I had also began playing rugby and wanted to develop strength in my back and legs for the sport. He pushed me to lift heavier than I ever would myself. As a woman on the smaller side, I’d never really perceived myself as someone who could just grab a 40 lb dumbbell and hit some rows, but Adam constantly challenged me and helped me gain the confidence to test my strength. Not only is he a great trainer, he was also there for me on the days I was not kind to myself during my weight loss/ fitness journey. It’s not enough to show people physical movements as a trainer, it’s important to also be there with the trainee through the mental conditioning as well, and Adam did just that. 10/10 would recommend!

I’m a 64 year old guy who has been working out for 4 years. I’ve had 4 trainers. Adam is by far the best trainer I’ve ever had. He is very supportive and encouraging. And he says the nicest things about my shoulders and arms. I’ve had way way more gainz with Adam, he makes me believe I can lift what he gives me to lift. And I do, and I progress. I’ve been with Adam for 6 months, and I’m still learning so much from him. Since the Covid-19 shutdown, we’ve been doing Facetime training. I’ve actually made a lot of gains working out at home with Adam. He’s always punctual and has never canceled on me. He’s the best!

I made great progress thanks to Adam, in only a few months. Adam is really passionate about fitness, so he's very insightful and motivating. He's awesome at pushing you to do your best, both for intensity and technique. Highly recommend.

I decided to hire a professional trainer after years of going to the gym on my own. I felt I had plateaued with respect to muscle mass and overall fitness. Adam wasn’t my first trainer, but after a few not-so-great experiences with others, he became my last and only trainer. Adam is extremely professional, effective, and flexible. His routines are never boring and never get old. His approach is fresh and customized. We recently moved to virtual sessions because of the quarantine and I am putting on even more muscle than I was before. The time spent with Adam is some of the most valuable time I spend each day. I can’t recommend him enough.
