I've met with Todd for about 2 months. He shows up at my apartment at 5:15am for personal training sessions and is always on-time. Todd is professional, helpful, very knowledgeable about nutrition, and makes sure to coach and encourage you through your fitness journey. He is also very receptive to changes you suggest (i.e. more focus on different parts of the body, etc.) so that your workouts are tailored to you and your goals. I've very much enjoyed working with Todd. Hire him!

Todd replied to my inquiry quickly, worked me into his schedule at a time and location convenient to me, and the first free workout was great -- appropriately challenging but not overly so and he's a great motivator without being annoying or acting like a drill sergeant. I'm now going to train with him weekly.

About this pro

When I'm working with my clients, I focus on what they want to achieve and what they need to address with their muscle imbalances. My favorite style of training is circuit / interval; this is to maximize what I can do for them in one hour. My clientele is diverse and I like it that way. I work with people living with HIV, dealing with cancer, trying to stay healthy, weight loss, muscle gain or just trying to look better at 20/30/40/50/60… All of these wonderful people make my work very diverse and rewarding.
