When I'm working with my clients, I focus on what they want to achieve and what they need to address with their muscle imbalances. My favorite style of training is circuit / interval in order to maximize their fat burning; this is to maximize what I can do for them in one hour.

I keep records of my client's weight, body fat% and measurements. I also calculate their daily calories and give nutrition guidance. Clients keep a food log on an app and we review it weekly. Clients are given work outs to perform on the days we are not together. These workouts will change every 4-6 weeks. Together we will achieve your fitness goals.

    Todd replied to my inquiry quickly, worked me into his schedule at a time and location convenient to me, and the first free workout was great -- appropriately challenging but not overly so and he's a great motivator without being annoying or acting like a drill sergeant. I'm now going to train with him weekly.

    Todd is amazing! My fiancé and I have started working out with him in preparation for our wedding, and started to see results and changes to our bodies by the 3rd session. He constantly changes things up to make classes challenging and fun, and guides our workouts when we don't have in-person classes. We'd highly recommend him.

    Todd is amazing! He is very knowledgeable of the human body in both nutrition and fitness. He tailors your workouts, always ensures proper form and you can see results quickly if you follow his plan. I workout with Todd two days a week and have seen amazing results and feel very strong. On top of being a great trainer, he is a great person. He is funny, motivating and sincere… and all of that at 6:00am in the morning! Love him.

    To describe Todd as awesome would be a major understatement. His thoughtful approach to training produces results and is transformative. Most importantly, Todd pushes you to your limits but never compromises on safety. He is a master trainer and I keep going back.

    Todd is an amazing trainer! He mixes it up every time so I wasn't bored and was able to read my personality and understand my motivation. I also have a rotator cuff injury and he was able to work around that with little impact and to give me exercises that complemented my physical therapy work. That and he's just an all-around fun guy to train with! He is also incredibly punctual, proactive and best of all - effective.

    I had not stepped into a gym for many years and asked an old friend from High School how he was maintaining his physique (he actually looks better now than he did 30 years ago). My friend told me he worked out with a personal trainer (Todd Templin) for the past two years. I did not have the motivation, was very self-conscious, and most of all very intimidated by the machines and work out routines. Todd was the perfect fit (pun intended) and person to guide me through all these obstacles both mental and physical. He is always on time, motivated to be with you, and most importantly has a positive attitude. But, it does not stop there…he always discusses your nutrition and what you are doing when not training with him. I made the best choice possible in choosing Todd as my fitness trainer.
