I've met with Todd for about 2 months. He shows up at my apartment at 5:15am for personal training sessions and is always on-time. Todd is professional, helpful, very knowledgeable about nutrition, and makes sure to coach and encourage you through your fitness journey. He is also very receptive to changes you suggest (i.e. more focus on different parts of the body, etc.) so that your workouts are tailored to you and your goals. Todd replied to my inquiry quickly, worked me into his schedule at a time and location convenient to me, and the first free workout was great -- appropriately challenging but not overly so and he's a great motivator without being annoying or acting like a drill sergeant. Has an accredited national certification. 2. Puts your safety first. 3. Is in good shape! 4. Easy to get to. 5. Has you do homework work outs (when not with them).
