Who is Peter Bryner?
I’m a personal trainer and group fitness instructor in the San Francisco Bay Area, specializing in strength training, weight loss, and functional fitness. I work with clients in both gyms and home gyms to help them build strength, stamina, coordination, and confidence.
My sessions focus on targeted muscle groups for efficient results, with every workout ending in core training…the foundation of all movement and performance.
With 8+ years in the fitness industry, my journey started in competitive cheerleading, where I learned that physical strength builds mental and emotional strength, too. Today, my passion is guiding clients through that same transformation, helping you grow stronger from the outside in so you can unlock your best self.

Peter is extremely professional, hard working, and knowledgeable. I could not ask for a better trainer, especially because he makes you feel so comfortable as a beginner. He is amazing 11/10!!!!!
