Besides coming to the table with a great amount of knowledge about exercise and nutrition, Sebastian really listens! I have old injuries and need to take it slowly and he provides the right level of exercise while moving me forward at a rate I can manage....which keeps me exercising. I love that his routines can be performed "anywhere"... No gym or heavy equipment, and in the outdoors, or your home. Such a sane and healthful approach. He went the additional mile, reviewing my food diary as I change my eating habits and provides valuable suggestions. My strength is building weekly and my moods have stabilized with my healthy nutritional plan. He has such a pleasant, professional demeanor too. I feel lucky to be training with him! Sebastian is a great motivator!

I met with Sebastian and we set up an exercise plan and some goals for nutrition. I've been out of a routine for some time, so the plan is to developers incremental progress. He is very knowledgable, supportive, and realistic which makes this plan very doable and achievable. We are set up to meet weekly. Sebastian has me on the right track!!

Sebastian was awesome. I was looking for a backyard "bootcamp" style class for me and a few friends, and he totally delivered. The class was tough, fast-paced, and an overall great workout. I have no hesitations recommending Sebastian to anyone. He communicated great, arrived on time, and led a great class. We'll be using him again.

Working out with Sebastian has been a wonderful, rewarding experience. He keeps me engaged month after month with a wide range of challenging, creative exercises and is very thoughtful about how to make the most of our sessions. Sebastian has been my personal trainer for over 1 year. Originally, I wanted to cross-train and improve my physical fitness to address a chronic back injury and felt like what I was doing on my own wasn't enough. I was hesitant to hire a trainer or join a bootcamp group because I didn't like the idea of someone yelling at me or pushing me too hard or, on the flip-side, not hard enough. I knew Sebastian from our shared dance background, so I trusted that he was not that kind of trainer, and sure enough - he isn't! He is friendly, warm, and kind. He has incredible breadth of knowledge and experience when it comes to fitness, nutrition, and how the human body works. He inspires you to greater fitness! He is flexible when it comes to scheduling, and adjusts week to week to meet personal needs. I alternate between individual and his group bootcamp sessions. Sessions are usually outdoors - which I love! It's been fun exploring the hills of SF and not being tethered to a gym and cumbersome equipment. Whether for the individual or a group, each session Sebastian plans is interesting, challenging, and varied. I have learned a wider range of work out vocabulary and now when I travel or have to train on my own, I am better equipped to do so. I know I am healthier, stronger, and have much greater stamina now than when I started with Sebastian. His training has incredibly improved my performance in my other physical pursuits such as dance and rock climbing. He may have also somehow managed to get me to enjoy running. How, I still haven't figured out, but it's a minor miracle. Now, the negative side: If you train with this man, you must have a high tolerance for puns and references involving your biceps and "The Fourth of July." Also, there may be rapping… Seriously though, I hope I train with Sebastian for many years to come - I'm having a blast!
