Sheila helps you not only get SUPER FIT but helps get you confident and have fun! I started working out with Sheila because I couldn’t motivate myself to workout and was gaining a lot more weight than I needed. Sheila asked me my goals and made every workout such a unique and quality experience every time. She helped me with my nutrition and took my heath to a new level. She motivated me to train for a body building competition as well. I worked out with Sheila consistently for 6 months, I lost close to 20 lbs, got to 18% fat, and really started being confident and loving my self. I am so grateful to have met Sheila and have her train me. She is truly the best! She listens and genuinely wants to help you get to the best YOU!

TLDR: Sheila is an awesome trainer who helped me reduce 40 pounds over past 15 montsh. When I joined Facebook I started working with Sheila in the Facebook gym. We would meet 2 times a week for 30 minute sessions. Sheila took a real interest in my health goals. Initially I was very unhealthy, so we started off with easy exercises. Just when I thought I was getting the hang of things Sheila would make them harder (which I would ceaselessly complain about). But it worked, the session combined with here advise on how to keep health outside course helped me greatly.

Sheila is an amazing personal trainer! Not only does she provide guidance on what types of workouts to do at the gym and how to do the various moves correctly, she also provides nutrition strategies and helps provide tips on how to optimize nutrition and training. She also has a positive and upbeat personality! Her plans are personalized to her clients and she is flexible on clients’ schedules. Beyond her training sessions, she is also available to answer any questions clients have. From Sheila, I also learned how to enjoy my vacations and social gatherings while meeting my fitness goals. Prior to working with Sheila, I had difficulty getting back into a fitness routine during the pandemic (lack of equipment and inconsistency in schedule) but Sheila helped me get back into my routine and was flexible with the equipment I had. She also helped me gain confidence doing barbell strength workouts and most importantly, helped me gain confidence in my everyday life!
