I was unpopular and really wanted to change my image. So I dedicated a lot of my time to fitness and health. Flash forward, I gained 50 pounds of lean muscle and said goodbye to being single. Along the way, I also helped hundreds of guys change their lives by improving their physiques - Guys who were afraid of going on dates because they weren't "tall" or "fit" enough; guys who didn't want to voice their opinion at school or work because they were shy or afraid of being "judged". Now, I really enjoy working with guys to improve their self image and change the way they feel about their body.

Steve is an excellent coach! I was referred to Steve by a good friend of mine. To be honest, before I met him, I didn't feel like I needed personal training. Having worked with Steve for several days, I immediately felt I am on a different level of fitness. I now feel that I am more focused, feel better, and I realized how much I was missing out by just going to the gym 4 days a week like an average gym goer. I even signed up for a triathlon this year! If you really want to get stronger, look better, eat better, I would strongly recommend you to Steve.

Steve is an excellent trainer! I am so very thankful that Steve helped me put on a lot of muscle and understand nutrition. More importantly, to turn a long time couch potato into a health nut is no easy job. I felt Steve's presence in and outside of the gym - with his routines and weekly check-ins I learned how to own up to my own fitness.

Steve really puts effort into his training! He set me straight and helped me get on the right path to changing my body. I would've spent so much more money on supplements and not doing what matters. It's very fun training with Steve too, but when I slacked off he didn't hesitate to push me and set me back on track. I know Steve is VERY SELECTIVE on who he takes in as a client, so if you seriously want to stop struggling with your health/fitness, shoot him a message and ask if he could help you.

I hired Steve as a personal trainer, and I've been working with him since August last year. I feel that Steve does not only help me solve my fat loss and muscle gain problems, he helps me in a holistic level from habit developing, mindset coaching, and nutrition. I used to be hungry all the time and had trouble controlling my cravings, but Steve helped me managed my eating issues. We managed to do that all with getting me leaner and more energetic!
