I had not stepped into a gym for many years and asked an old friend from High School how he was maintaining his physique (he actually looks better now than he did 30 years ago). My friend told me he worked out with a personal trainer (Todd Templin) for the past two years. I did not have the motivation, was very self-conscious, and most of all very intimidated by the machines and work out routines. Todd was the perfect fit (pun intended) and person to guide me through all these obstacles both mental and physical. He is always on time, motivated to be with you, and most importantly has a positive attitude. But, it does not stop there…he always discusses your nutrition and what you are doing when not training with him. I made the best choice possible in choosing Todd as my fitness trainer. I have been a client of Todd's for the last few years. When I first started working out with Todd, I weighed 227lbs, had low self-esteem, bad eating habits and was extremely out of shape. With his expertise, professional, knowledge and kind demeanor, he has helped me lose close to 60lbs, instilled good eating habits, and has helped raise my self-esteem. He was extremely encouraging when I was feeling down about myself. His knowledge in nutrition helped me make healthier choices when eating out at restaurants, how to plan my meals for the week and what to snack on. I'm 48 years old and am in the best shape of my life.

Todd is an amazing trainer! He mixes it up every time so I wasn't bored and was able to read my personality and understand my motivation. I also have a rotator cuff injury and he was able to work around that with little impact and to give me exercises that complemented my physical therapy work. That and he's just an all-around fun guy to train with! He is also incredibly punctual, proactive and best of all - effective.

    When looking for a personal trainer, they should meet these 5 requirements. 1. Has an accredited national certification. 2. Puts your safety first. 3. Is in good shape! 4. Easy to get to. 5. Has you do homework work outs (when not with them). When you do hire a trainer, do what they ask you to do on your off time and you will see the results that you're looking for. . 5.
