My husband and I see Aaron once a week to build muscle and improve our overall health and wellbeing. Working with Aaron has been amazing so far. We both love how Aaron is so calm, yet challenges us and keeps us motivated by introducing something new each session. Aaron is super knowledgeable and I feel confident that the work we do is safe and sustainable. After only a month working with him, we already see results. With each session we feel stronger, and we both look forward to each Monday. Even the soreness the day after!!

Aaron was a great personal trainer for a beginner like me. I told him what I was interested in -- bulking up overall, and being more physically active. He came up with a full body program and guided me through it. He then motivated me through the workouts in a way that worked for me -- which was explaining the muscle mechanics of the workout. He was also flexible and accommodating of my tough schedule at the time. Super friendly and chill, I'd recommend Aaron for any training endeavor!

I was looking for a personal trainer for my SO as a Christmas present since he was having trouble getting motivated to get back into shape. This was my first time using Thumbtack and by some stroke of luck I found Aaron – he was exactly what I/we needed! Aaron was able to train with him over the course of a few months and was very flexible with my SO's busy schedule. He also was able to meet at a public park near our flat so everything was super easy and convenient (no excuses!) My SO is diabetic so it's very important for him to look after his diet and general health and Aaron definitely helped steer him in the right direction with advice on both diet and exercise. He also pushed him the right amount in terms of physical ability. I think the best part about training with Aaron is that my SO was able to learn a lot about his problem areas (flexibility, etc.) and use those lessons outside the personal training sessions. I would definitely recommend Aaron, he's a nice but tough guy!

Aaron was a Holiday Gift to me - I started working with Aaron immediately following the new year! I love this man. He is smart, very smart! He is sweet and kind and works my ass off!! He is amazing at reading and understanding your individual body and creating workouts that not only produce amazing results but also he is able to help me address old/chronic injuries - that kept me from specific body part workouts. He was able to teach me how to compensate for an injury and still see results...and the injury has actually gotten better and hasn't interfered with my workouts. And along with the help of a nutritionist in his network I have healthfully lost 13 pounds in 8.5 weeks and gone done a pant size, lost 3 inches in my abdomen!. Did I say i love this man!   • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    All of Our New customers must go through the following with a Certified ACSM Exercise Physiologist before starting a training program. -Health Questionnaire -Fitness Consultation -Fitness Assessment Then based off of the found results you are matched the most appropriate trainer to best fit your personality, goals and expertise. This is then where we build a program that will be tailored to work on progressive overload (progressing your workout routine appropriately).
