Welcome to Training with Trina! 💪🏼🌱 I offer personal training and online coaching. I’m passionate about health, fitness, and the ability to share my knowledge with my community. There’s something magical in taking power back in your life through fitness and I love being part of that journey with my clients. I have been an athlete all of my life and have been an experienced weight trainer for 8 years. I continue to challenge myself through new styles of fitness by playing soccer, run clubs, weight training, and always trying new active hobbies. I really enjoyed working with Katrina over the last three months as my personal trainer. I am new to strength training and going to the gym, but was really committed to learning how to work out safely and correctly. I also really wanted to build strength, recomposition my body, and get serious about strength training. Katrina brought a professionalism and a wealth of knowledge and options to help me determine what was right for me. She taught me a ton about how to warm up and build up strength safely, while also pushing me to find out how strong I really am. She is a really encouraging trainer but will not let me slack which is a solid balance in a personal trainer. She is easy to talk to and made the sessions enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend working with Katrina. I definitely want to continue working with her in the future!

Katrina is one of the best personal trainers out there! Her knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and proper form is incredibly impressive—every workout feels purposeful, safe, and tailored to my goals. What really sets Katrina apart, though, is her ability to motivate and encourage. Even on days when I'm not feeling 100%, she knows exactly how to lift my spirits and keep me pushing forward. Her positive energy is contagious, and she creates a really supportive and safe environment to workout in. She’s made a huge impact on my fitness journey—I’ve learned so much from her and feel the strongest I’ve ever been. Trina found a way to make me feel comfortable every session while still pushing me out of my comfort zone. i was able to keep a routine outside of our sessions as well with the stuff she was teaching me. i worked with her for a month and can only imagine the improvements id see in even more time!
