My wife "gifted" me a series of 1-on-1 workout sessions with Wayne and 1 year on, I guess you could say I'm hooked. In person, Wayne will definitely push you to make progress. He also makes the App-based workouts challenging, then follows up on what's working for you or not. I have noticed greater definition and endurance. He is punctual, professional, comes prepared, and clearly puts a lot of thought into setting up a workout tailored to my goals and feedback. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

Wayne is an amazing personal trainer! He is always prepared and keeps me motivated and challenged with his wide variety of workout plans. He makes it extremely convenient to work out by coming directly to our home. He brings a wide variety of equipment to use at each session which keeps it fun and fresh. His personalized service and positive approach to fitness has been invaluable to my family's health especially during the pandemic. I highly recommend Wayne's fitness sessions to every fitness level.

Wayne is the best. He is incredibly challenging, has a wide variety of exercises that change regularly, but most importantly he is really focused on meeting my needs and watching out for injuries. I stopped working out for a long time because of covid and related issues, and also had some physical injuries. Wayne is incredibly careful to make sure that I do not re-injure myself, while at the same time he always challenges me--it's a great workout, I finish completely exhausted and yet am really excited about our next workout. He also has a great sense of humor and is a lot of fun. I can totally recommend him without hesitation--he's great!
