FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies, and is dependent on whether you are coming to a studio where I work or I am coming to your home or office.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always recommend having a phone consultation before we get started so I can better understand your needs and what you are looking for. From there, we can schedule a trial session to see if it’s a good fit. If both parties want to move forward, I recommend committing to a consistent weekly schedule. Pilates has many amazing benefits when practiced on a consistent basis. The recommendation is 1 session per week to maintain strength and 2 sessions per week to make significant strength gains.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.F.A. in Dance, which included training and education in anatomy and kinesiology and injury prevention. I have been doing Pilates for over ten years and five years ago, I received my comprehensive Pilates certification through Body Arts and Sciences International.
