- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a set fee to edit and revamp your resume. The full price is due at the time you hire me. Once I receive your payment, I will begin work on your resume.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers should send me their existing resume, a LinkedIn profile, or an outline of their professional history to go off of, preferably in Microsoft Word or a Google Doc. I will start by suggested a format that works well for the client. From there, I'll rewrite the copy on the resume and make it into a sleek, simple, easy-to-navigate format and send it back in both a .pdf and editable format. From there, if clients have suggested edits or tweaks, we can do additional rounds of reformatting and editing until you're happy with it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for two years as a college admissions counselor at the University of Georgia and for 4 years as a recruiter for Google, so I have in-depth first hand knowledge of what constitutes a great resume.
