He bid $125 to clear the drain of a light well. Came within the half hour arranged arrival window. Swept clean the roof area. Found after the water initially drained that water backed up again. Determined that there was another clog underground near the sewer connection. Since there was no cleanout at the ground level and drain pipes were corroded (I had patched holes with plumbers putty and duct tape) He replaced the pipes for another $250 plus parts. This involved cutting away some cross beams to pull the pips out. Only minor complaint I noticed the next day that was that he didn't close tight the faucet to get water for testing the drain so there was a slow drip.

This review is long overdue, given the numerous plumbing services I’ve entrusted to Zaya Plumbing Maintenance company. I wholeheartedly recommend Zayah for any and all plumbing needs. He exemplifies professionalism, honesty, reliability, and knowledge, while also being exceptionally communicative and an all-around wonderful person. Having worked with several plumbers before Zayah, I can confidently say I would never consider going back to anyone else. With Zaya Plumbing Maintenance, I have peace of mind knowing the work is done right, and without ever feeling taken advantage of. His integrity is evident in every aspect of his work. Over time, Zayah has performed a variety of jobs, including: - Installation of a new water shut-off system with a leak detection unit - Hydro jetting of the main sewer line to prevent backups in my century-old home - Multiple faucet repairs - Installation of new shower heads - Replacement of a hose bib in the garage - Resetting the kitchen faucet after a previous plumber’s poor installation - Flushing out the water heater for regular maintenance and increased longevity - Rooter service for a clogged bathtub drain I’ve also witnessed some of his remodeling work and plan to hire him for an upcoming project without hesitation. I cannot recommend him highly enough, and my family and friends now turn to Zaya Plumbing Maintenance for their plumbing needs. Woot woot!
