I contacted iMoving Friday afternoon for a move on Sunday and they were extremely prompt in responding and getting the move scheduled. The movers showed up on time and hustled well to get all our things moved. They do need some specific instruction especially when unpacking but were very happy to help with anything we requested including dismounting a TV and shelving.

Solid and most down-to-earth movers, highly recommend. Donna was super transparent about pricing and responsive. My movers from another company canceled on me 2 days before my move and she was able to set me up with their movers with extremely short notice. The movers came on time and they were able to wrap everything up really efficiently. I had a big heavy couch that they had to take down a narrow Victorian house staircase! Kudos to them!
A piece of advice for all moving: always stay calm during the move! It’s okay if you are still packing and you see the movers loading up things super fast, it’s totally fine, take your time and stay organized and mark your boxes and make inventory lists. I rushed through the move and forgot some items and I smashed some of my stuff because I was packing my last bit of things way too fast. And ALWAYS double check for small bags and boxes, they are easy to ignore and leave behind!

They did a FANTASTIC job. My building had ton of restrictions around inspection, and making sure everything is done by the books. They did it extremely well. All of my items were moved safely. Would highly recommend them!

I had an excellent experience working with iMoving Professional Moving System. I got prompt responses to my questions prior to hiring them, and Sean and his crew of 3 people efficiently packed up a 4 bedroom house in one day. They did the move on the following day with great care and expertise. I highly recommend them. Amazing experience. Our scheduled mover was an ass and flaked on us at the last minute and on Father's Day! We shifted into high gear reaching out far and wide to find a last minute mover. Enter iMoving Professional Moving System! They were onsite in less than an hour, and immediately got to work! The three man team were wearing gloves and masks and kept an appropriate distance from our family but were helpful, friendly and professional. Nine hours later and two trips...we are all moved into our new home. The service charge was extremely reasonable, I even got to get into the exceptionally clean truck afterward, to make sure that all of our belongings were delivered. HANDS DOWN THE BEST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge on a flat hourly rate: $119 for two movers with an three hour minimum, add $40 for each additional mover.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer usually send us a brief information on their move, including zip codes of both locations, how many bedrooms, and usually send us pictures of any heavy items. We will contact our customer with more information on the move and give free estimates
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a family owned and operated moving company, aiming in designing the most calm and stress-free moving experience for all our clients. The founder of iMoving, Sean, started his first job in the US as a mover 12 years ago. As he accumulated practical skills from real working experience, he decided to take a step further—starting a business of his own. Embracing all of Sean’s devotion and dream, iMoving was established in 2014.
