We did an initial walkthrough a few days later and I received a quote within a week. The project was small and not a lot of construction companies take smaller jobs. We needed cabinets cut out and a dishwasher installed, and a custom door for an outdoor shed/office. We ended up adding a garbage disposal install to the project and they were flexible and fair with pricing. Communication was great throughout and I had a text thread with the GC and a project coordinator. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and we’re happy with how everything turned out. This was not a straightforward unit—there were multiple flooring types involved, including carpet removal, unexpected tile discovered underneath, and varying subfloor conditions across the bedrooms, living room, and loft. Tim and his team handled everything seamlessly, including proper floor leveling and custom cuts to accommodate the quirks of an older building, ensuring a high-quality install. The craftsmanship is excellent. The seams are incredibly clean and tight, transitions between spaces are well thought out, and the finished floors look precise and intentional. They also removed and rehung doors as needed to trim them correctly after installation, which made a noticeable difference in the final result. The loft installation in particular was done beautifully. Beyond the quality of work, Tim was professional, organized, and left the space clean throughout the process.
