The project involved replacing the rotting door jamb, repairing interior finishes that were water damaged, and replacing some damaged exterior siding while installing flashing to prevent later leaks from forming. The team was very professional and treated my house well while moving/protecting furniture. And the work looks great - interior looks brand new and better than before the repairs. We hired them again to come back and do some exterior maintenance replacing rotted wood sections and deteriorated paint, and again feel the work quality was great and looks seamless with the rest of the house."See more

Trish and Mel S. says, "Thanks so much to Raul and his guys. A job well done! On time, moved everything off our deck with care, including, some very heavy pots. In order- mounted a new wall TV. Knew exactly what he was doing. Next installed an awning, securing it on a mounted 2X8 redwood beam that he attached to the stucco wall. Again, he knew what he was doing. This was his eighth time installing this type of awning. Next they sanded (where needed) and painted our deck, deck skirting, stairs, built in seating and railings. Again, very attention to detail. The paint job was excellent. His price for all the work was very fair. Just want to give a shout out to his main man helping. He went above and beyond. a very hard worker. We will definitely will have Raul and team back again. Thanks, guys!"See more

Raul has done an excellent job installing baseboard and crown molding in a fully remodeled apartment. He is fairly priced, on time and asks for feedback on his work periodically. He is also very responsive which is fantastic. Very happy working with Raul and would recommend.
