FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are published, not negotiated on the doorstep. Loveseats and 2-seat sofas start at $129, 3-seat sofas at $149, sectionals run $189-$269 by size, armchairs from $79, dining chairs $30 each, area rugs $59-$129, and carpeted stairs $139. Stain, pet urine and odor treatment is a $35-$45 add-on. Minimum visit is $120. Send us a photo of the piece before you book and we confirm the exact price from it, so the number you are quoted is the number you pay. No travel fees inside our service area and no upsell on arrival.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Text or send a photo of the furniture, with a note on the fabric and any specific stains or odors. We quote from the photo, usually same day, and we pick a time. On arrival we inspect the fabric and test an inconspicuous spot before anything wet touches it. Then pre-treatment matched to the material, agitation to lift soil out of the fibers, and hot water extraction. We tell you honestly which stains will come out and which will only lighten before we start, not after. Pieces are dry within about 12 hours with airflow.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional upholstery cleaning training, plus the part that actually matters in this trade: a lot of fabric. Velvet, linen, chenille, microfiber, wool blends and synthetics all behave differently under water and heat, and the only way to learn that is to work on them carefully. We test before we commit on every job. We also know what we do not clean: suede and leather are not our work, and we will say so rather than experiment on your furniture.
