I’m very satisfied with the excellent service provided by Dwayne in the repair of our gas water heater. After doing some diagnostic tests on the unit, he immediately figured out the problem on why the heater was not putting out any hot water. The work was completed in about an hour. I have no qualms in seeking him out again for any future plumbing issues and also in recommending him to family and friends with similar problems. Thank you Dwayne!

Dwayne is one of those people you can trust to do great work at an honest price. We had a much higher estimate from another (non-Thumbtack) plumber, who suggested more repair work than we needed. We hired Dwayne the same day as his estimate, and he did the job quickly and efficiently two days later. He even sent photos of the busted pipe and the new one after installation since I was at work that day. We will be re-hiring Dwayne to do a bigger, more complex project in a few months.
