Dwayne was quick, friendly, yet professional. he called back quickly to my water heater maintenance request, going over a few details like model and the location of the water heater before setting up the appointment time most convenient for me. We had to reschedule the appointment at one point due to wildfire and terrible air quality on the day of original appointment but Dwayne made sure I was notified and also called to confirm and to re-schedule. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Finally on the day of appointment, Dwayne was on time and was very professional, checking the installation, going over what he was going to do for the maintenance and also kindly teaching me about how I should take care of my water heater, while letting me know my water heater was installed appropriately by the builder as he could do the maintenance very easily with everything accessible even though it was in the attic. I will be reaching out to Dwayne next time I need my water heater maintenance for sure.

Dwayne did a really great job with the hot water tank installation. He made a lot of improvements to the organisation of the area and added extra bracing for no additional charge. We were really pleased with the job. Would definitely hire Dwayne again.

Dwayne helped us to replace the water heater. The heater is a little lager, but Dwayne handled it pretty well by removing the closet door. The heater is well installed. There was a small leak in the pipe, Dwayne came back pretty quick and had the pipe replaced. Overall, we're pretty happy with the service.

Dwayne is one of those people you can trust to do great work at an honest price. We had a much higher estimate from another (non-Thumbtack) plumber, who suggested more repair work than we needed. We hired Dwayne the same day as his estimate, and he did the job quickly and efficiently two days later. He even sent photos of the busted pipe and the new one after installation since I was at work that day. We will be re-hiring Dwayne to do a bigger, more complex project in a few months.
