Aaron H. says, "Max was excellent to work with, very professional, on time, and honest. He inspected some pipes that were intermittently causing yellow water throughout my house and also inspected an outside drain for blockage. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again in the future."See more

Ros P. says, "The job entailed snaking several gutter drainage lines. It turned out to be more complicated than expected due to the presence of many roots and undefined drain locations. Daniel worked steadily and carefully, got as much of the job as possible done and identified where we might have to dig out the pipe to free it of the roots that are closing it."See more

Anton B. says, "Alex fixed my kitchen sink drain after I got stuck doing it myself. The old P-trap had corroded and snapped off inside the pipe coming out of the wall, with nothing left to grip. He worked it loose with a pick, bent it out, and when the wall pipe turned out to be cracked too, he had the replacement on hand. That was the one part I didn't have. He also found the garbage disposal had never been mounted tight and reseated it, shortened and tightened the dishwasher drain hose, and told me what to keep an eye on and what's worth replacing down the road. Fair price, and he lowered it once he saw I'd already bought the parts. 30-day warranty. Would hire again."See more

They came on time and were able to solve the issue of the tub drain not draining out. We actually had a hair catcher inbuilt in the tub but didn't know how to reach and clean it.

Efficient and professional. Just cost much more than expected for the drain cleaning work done.

Thanks to David, the rusted iron grate in our patio is moveable, and the years of storm drain stuff is gone. The drain is draining! I was worried we'd have to jackhammer up the pavement but David got everything working again. He was also great at communication which I appreciate (texting ETA, offering different options for the drain, and so on.) I appreciated that he cleaned up after the job, too!

I had a clogged drain with my kitchen sink backing up and filling with sludge. I called dr drain and they were here in 2hrs on a holiday. They assessed the issue, had all the equipment to complete the job swiftly, efficiently and left the place clean after. I’ll be using their services again for sure.

Earlier this year asap came and snaked a slow drain and got it running. They were fast and professional and laid down towels and such to try to keep things clean. They also dropped off some solution to help clean the pipes regularly.

He bid $125 to clear the drain of a light well. Came within the half hour arranged arrival window. Swept clean the roof area. Found after the water initially drained that water backed up again. Determined that there was another clog underground near the sewer connection. Since there was no cleanout at the ground level and drain pipes were corroded (I had patched holes with plumbers putty and duct tape) He replaced the pipes for another $250 plus parts. This involved cutting away some cross beams to pull the pips out. Only minor complaint I noticed the next day that was that he didn't close tight the faucet to get water for testing the drain so there was a slow drip.

Got the job done quickly and professionally! Luis arrived promptly and ready to work. We had a blocked kitchen drain, which was completely backed up. Luis took the time to understand the problem fully and was clear and concise with his intended solutions, like a plan A and B approach.

We are really happy with the results and that Luis cleaned up after himself well.

Marco came same day to unclog my shower drain. He cleaned what he could, but he also identified that a larger project of cleaning the pipes outside the building would unclog it more completely. Since this would require my landlord's approval, we did not move forward. Since he didn't feel like he was able to get the job done (even though his work was great and helpful for the interim), he didn't charge the full rate. I appreciated Marco's transparency and the information he gave me to share with my landlord to finish the job.

Great experience! Highly recommend them!

They are very professional, friendly, prompt, clean and licensed. They do background check on all of their technicians is what I heard.

I received a call after I made the appointment online. They call you 10-30 minutes before the technician is expected to arrive. You also get an e-mail about the technician profile. This was very helpful! During the whole process of scheduling, the communication was fantastic.

The technician was very friendly, clean and on-time. He had a uniform and he wore booties before entering my house. He cared to keep the place very clean; he covered my floor before putting anything down on it.

I had a kitchen side sink that was not draining for over a year. He fixed it in less than 30 minutes (includes cleanup too!). I paid $193 for the service. After he left, I had no cleaning to do. He cleaned everything before leaving.

Ronnie was very professional and efficient. We had a clogged kitchen drain that had us worried for the past few days. After few unsuccessful attempts at trying to fix it ourselves, we gave in and decided to use Thumbtack to hire a professional. We are glad we called in Ronnie. Even though the clog was deep down the main line and took around 3 hours to fix, Ronnie was patient and explained the issue in detail. He did the job with no mess and cleaned up after. We would definitely recommend him to other people with similar issues.
