I purchase a 2 hours session photography at the San Francisca City for my Two Best Friends as a wedding gift. I was most impressed with the professionalism that IQ photo displayed. First Since I'm living in Florida and the wedding was in San Francisco,, the pre arrangement and booking was so easy. Second,, when we first met Joseph the photographer, he made every one feel at ease. His artistry in photography made the pictures look outstanding. He knew exactly where to go in the San francisco City Hall to capture the best lighting for the photos. In addition he was a perfect guide in directing the City Hall wedding procedures. I recommend IQ photo for any Gay Wddding Planning.

I booked the City Hall package online from Australia whilst relying on reviews and other client's experiences with IQphoto, and I could not be happier with the decision.From start to finish, every aspect with handled in a professional and timely manner with constant email contact from Masha, who went above and beyond to assist with my queries pertaining to the process of getting married at City Hall, as an overseas visitor, her local knowledge was invaluable to me.Alex photographed our wedding day and he was an absolute pleasure to have as a part of our special day. He took the time to speak to us about our expectations as to his involvement and what type of photographs we wanted him to capture to best reflect our ceremony.I have worked as a photographer and know how tricky weddings can be and I would like to not only extend my thanks to Alex for his approach to our wedding but sincerely compliment him on his can do attitude that resulted in relaxed clients and amazing photographs.I would not hesitate to highly recommend IQphoto Studio to any prospective clients, their processes are streamlined, communication and customer service is fantastic and the photographs are of a very high calibre professionally.

My husband and I got married at SF City Hall on the very popular date of 11/12/13 and were lucky enough to get IQphoto to photograph our wedding. I joke that we had a "Yelp" wedding as we planned the entire ceremony in less than 2 months and relied heavily on Yelp for recommendations for a number of vendors including the photographer.Yelp did not disappoint! All the other people who have given IQPhoto 5 star reviewers were spot on. Masha (their coordinator) was super responsive when I initially inquired and communication leading up to the date was always quick and professional.The day of our wedding, Joseph made good time and arrived half an hour earlier than planned. He texted me to ask if we could take some shots before the ceremony. Naturally, I said yes! From the minute he started photographing, it was clear that we were dealing with a professional with an artist's mind. He would pause before he took the picture and close his eyes (as if to get a mental image of what he wanted to capture in his mind) and then he would open his eyes and take the shot.The pictures he took were INCREDIBLE!! We had initially planned to go to a second location after the ceremony at City Hall (we rented out the Mayor's Balcony for an hour) but Joseph recommended that we stay at City Hall because the lighting this time of year produces great shots there. He was right--our photos are amazing and it looks like we rented out all of City Hall as he managed to get shots of us in various locations in City Hall with no one present. Joseph mentioned that he himself had gotten married at City Hall and it showed--he knew it like the back of his hand.I would highly recommend IQPhoto and Joseph to any couple that is planning to get married. It was worth every penny and we will cherish the 500+ photos for a lifetime!

My wife and I celebrated our 19th anniversary and a friend of ours recommended IQphoto.We looked at their album pictures and loved that they were so alive and original, so we contacted them and let me tell you that their service is worth every penny you pay.The team is great, since the first contact (Masha) to explain the options we had, then they were responsive and answered all of our questions, accommodating to our hectic schedule (had a phone call with Joseph at 10PM).The day of the photo shoot we had so much fun with Alex, he's great at getting your best looks for the picture.And the final result is awesome!We love the pictures!You won't go wrong if you chose IQphoto

"A memory is only as good as the photographs"You only have so many times in your adult life where you can howl at the moon. Your wedding is one of those few occasions.So many decisions have lead you to that moment, and whether you are a traditionalist who plans something elaborate with a lot of people, or are thinking of something more intimate with just your closest friends and family, photos are instrumental on helping you remember just how special it was.My husband and I decided to elope in San Francisco, just the two of us. Originally from NY and overwhelmed by all the nuances of a big wedding, we decided to get hitched in the city where we got engaged. Not knowing San Francisco well or having anyone else there with us, it was important to have those moments to keep, and to have them to share with our friends and family so they too, could feel as if they were. Months of Googling/Yelping lead us to decide on City Hall and IQphoto, who not only has an abundance of information on the process of getting married at City Hall, but they are experts at turning wedding photography into an art.Alex was our photographer and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very friendly and very humble. To say I'm not photogenic is an understatement but, understanding this, Alex was very helpful on how to pose, where the best locations were, and the results were incredible. The entire set was natural and beautiful. My husband and I remembered the morning of the ceremony in a blur but after seeing the photos, all of the feelings came back, this time in full color. It really does help to see things from an outside perspective and it takes an enormous amount of trust in the person capturing those moments for you to do them justice.Anyone and everyone who has seen the photos and the beautiful slideshow they put together has been beyond impressed. I am immensely thankful to IQphoto for their talents and their ease. The entire team is wonderful to work with. I would refer them to anyone looking for talented people to not only capture a meaningful moment but to create beautiful memories.

We offer separate pricing for intimate weekday weddings. Our weekday packages can be ordered with a minimum of $495 for a simple City Hall wedding. Our weekend packages are typical for the wedding industry in the higher end range.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start via email and go over the details. After exchanging a number of messages, we set up a phone chat which is usually followed by an "in-person meeting".
