Bonnie served as our wedding coordinator for our entire weekend of events in San Francisco including the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception and day after brunch for ~120 people. She was much more reasonably priced than many of the other short-term planners/coordinators I looked into, and she had tons of relationships with local vendors, so that the entire day went smoothly. She was timely, professional, bubbly and the perfect fit for us!

I hired Bonnie to be our day of coordinator for our wedding, and she was amazing!! I have a hard time delegating, so it was uncomfortable for me to trust another person with such an important event, but I’m so glad I trusted Bonnie! She is super organized, creative, detail oriented and has a passion for event planning. Our wedding was incredibly seamless and she was a huge part of making it such a success. She spent time before the wedding asking detailed questions, taking notes and offering ideas, which I really appreciated. I loved her energy and support throughout the whole process and 10/10 recommend her as your wedding coordinator!
