AL-Nisa is such a lovely person to work with. I've done yoga before, but never felt confident. During the assessment meeting, I told her what my main goals were and she listened. There is a sense of comfort and confidence and I would recommend her. Also, she super professional. She would reach out to you and after each class, she would provide a handout of our yoga session for homework. 5/5

I could not be happier with the guidance I received from Al-Nisa. Yoga was something I always practiced in a very casual way- mainly for strength and flexibility. It wasn’t until I experienced a serious bout of depression and severe anxiety during Covid that I realized my need for more intentional practice and relief. Al-Nisa helped me fill the gaps in my practice- finally connecting me to my breath adding a deeply therapeutic element to what use to basically be stretching practice for me. This instructor is sweet and easy to work with, she helped move me comfortably through my anxieties and even added a social element to my Covid seclusion. Grateful for the care, highly recommend!

Al-nisa and I connected via a yoga workshop she designed and lead for my group. From beginning to end the experience was awesome. It was informative, inspiring and engaging. She’s motivated me and others to incorporate the practice of yoga into our lives and it’s been wonderful!
