Introduction
I became a ACE certified personal trainer in 2012 and completed my yoga teacher training in 2015. I love helping clients on their unique health and wellness path. I believe that health is a product of regular exercise, good nutrition and mental/emotional wellbeing. As you work with me, we will help you to identify and change behaviors empowering you to reach your personal health and wellness goals. I completed a certification in Nutrition through Precision Nutrition in 2018 in order to better help clients learn how food affects our bodies and now work with clients to build healthy nutritional habits to support their goals. In 2022 I became a Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Specialist. I love helping moms feel their best throughout pregnancy and motherhood. You can learn more about what it's like to work with me throughout the perinatal time on my website. If you are working with me for strength training, stress reduction, aesthetic changes, or general health our workouts will may include free weights, cables, TRX, body weight exercises, circuit training, and cardio endurance. If you are working with me for yoga we will be working from where you are in your practice and building. I teach vinyasa, hatha, and restorative yoga. I love helping people feel the best that they can in their bodies, relieving pain and building confidence.

I feel very lucky to have found Sierra! She is amazing at meeting you where you are—I started training with her after a long pandemic of becoming really sedentary and she was great at identifying initial focus areas and working on a plan to get more active. She is kind and motivating and easy to get on with. Would 100% recommend her!

When I decided to cancel a yoga gym membership and instead try personal training with Sierra in early 2020, I had no idea just how impactful that choice would be. Working with Sierra was genuinely one of the brightest parts of that rough year and beyond. Over the past year and a half of working together, she has helped keep me grounded and focused on my personal health and fitness goals by providing me with training and guidance specific to me. Her style is the perfect balance of challenging and encouraging. I appreciate her flexibility and the way she can adapt a workout to meet my needs or energy each session. If I have questions or I’m looking for more information about something, she has been wonderful about following up with articles about nutrition or providing additional exercises to try on my own. Since the majority of our sessions have been over FaceTime, I’ve also learned so many techniques and exercises for staying in shape from the comfort of my own home without any special equipment, which is invaluable. I feel very lucky to have found such a supportive trainer and ally in my fitness journey, and would recommend Sierra to anyone .

Have been working with Sierra for years and I really appreciate the range of exercises in her programs and her ability to adapt the training program based on injuries, strained or sore muscles or anything else life throws at you that may affect your workouts. Sierra has a really well-balanced approach to fitness, so it's great knowing that I'm not just getting stronger, but also building my cardio and keeping my flexibility.
