About
I have attention to detail and make sure that the client's needs are met based off our initial assessment and my expertise. I focus on proper alignment and use therapeutic modalities such as breath work and meditation. If applicable, I use sound to help enhance the overall experience (singing bowls, use of speakers).
I love seeing the transformation of my students from beginning to the ending of class. I've also been working with clients one on one for the past year and it's been rewarding to see their progress from our work together.
