Responded very fast, cleaned up after the drywall work was done...very important! Only issue was that he said he could work on plumbing but was not able to do the work. Because he was hourly we don't know how much time was wasted but we are sure it was more time than we wanted it to be. But, I would be willing to have him do handyman chores again because he was responsive, professional and the work quality was quite good.
