Phillip is a great home inspector. Ive worked with many home inspectors over the last 13 years and his attention to detail and caring for clients, making sure they know what each issue is, and explaining whats a major concern, what is easily fixable etc blows everyone else out of the water. Going through the home like I'm inspecting it for my family. Checking safety and major concerns is a priority in my inspection process. I will walk them around their house showing them every utility shut off and concerns brought up during my inspection. What are defects that are livable conditions and explain the ones that are not
