MY EXPERIENCE I have been into lifting for about 9+ years now, studying it for about 8 years, and training people in it for about 3 years on and off, due to covid. WHY MY METHOD IS BETTER The reason why you should choose me as your trainer is I make a custom workout and diet for all of my clients that works best with their schedule, stress levels, goals, and their BODIES AS AN INDIVIDUAL. Because I know not everyone will react the same to the same routine and diet plan, because everyone is different. The reason why you should choose me as your nutritionist is I make a meal plan that includes all of your favorite foods, and takes cravings into account, that will allow you to build muscle and/or lose fat. I even tell you what you should eat if you must eat fast food, sweets, or other junk, I am not called SUGARNASTY for nothing. AND FORGET ABOUT CHICKEN RICE BROCCOLI…..unless you like that, then we can include that. WHAT MY IN PERSON CLIENTS NEED IN ORDER TO WORK WITH ME: - Must come to me unless you have #2 on this list, then we can do online training or I come to you to train you. - A gym and/or a bench with weights. - At least 35 minutes a week to give me to work with them. - If you bring me to your gym to train you, you must pay for my guest pass. WHERE AM I LOCATED: I am in San jacinto near San Jacinto High School, I can give the address when we are scheduled to meet up. WHO IS MY COACHING FOR: - BUSY / HIGH STRESS INDIVIDUALS. - ANYONE JUST TRYING TO GET IN SHAPE. - ATHLETES IN THE OFF SEASON - ATHLETES IN SEASON - THOSE RECOVERING/WANT TO RECOVER FROM OVERTRAINING TO HAVE THE COMEBACK OF THEIR LIVES. - ANYONE WHO HAS FOUND IT HARD TO FOLLOW OTHER DIETS AND WORKOUT ROUTINES. WHO IS MY COACHING NOT FOR: - ELITE POWERLIFTERS/LIFTERs ABOVE A 1600lb total in the big 3.(Bench PR(lbs) + Squat PR(lbs) + Deadlift PR(lbs) = Your powerlifting total). [At the moment, this is beyond me, you can take your chances with me if you would like to, but for most, at this point of strength, the science is different then before, and I have not studied that thoroughly yet. - Bodybuilding COMPETITORS, I can definitely help anyone get huge, and below 10% body fat for men, below 23% body fat for most women, but after that, the science is different and I have not studied that entirely yet. - Vegans (for meal plans). - Those with lower back pain that makes it VERY difficult to walk or bend. (if it is still doable to bend pain, just a little pain, I am more likely to be able to help you out.) - Those with shoulder pain that makes it very hard to even move their shoulder. Alan is an awesome trainer, he really takes the time to really understand your fitness/physique goals and does an great job at getting you there. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the body, training, bulking/cutting, supplements, etc. He’s always challenging me and keeping me accountable. He’s been my coach for a while now and he’s definitely worth the price. 10/10 recommend!
