Aaron was very professional and on time he was also great at communicating letting me know that he was 10 minutes away he also fit us in with only 1 days notice. His crew worked hard and was polite as well as tidy. I'm going to hire them again for my other real estate clean ups.

I used Michaelson Moving to move a new mattress & foundation into my master bedroom from the garage. The foundation is a motorized unit that is extremely heavy and then needed some assembly. They were very nice and respectful of my home. They had to decipher the assembly a little, and were very patient. Once the job was finished, Michael made sure that the box trash was cleaned up and that all of the spare parts were organized & left in an orderly manner. He even helped me set up the remote control to an app on my phone through Bluetooth. It was clear that Michael and his son take pride in their business and strive to do their best for their customers. Now, I just can't wait to try out my new bed! :)

Very very happy with Tony, George, and their junk hauling services! I was helping my mom clean out her house (she tends to be a bit of a hoarder) and had a bunch of stuff that needed to be hauled away. A king sized mattress and box spring, washing machine, sofa, loveseat, 3 desks, two bedframes, and a bunch of chairs, rugs and tables. Needless to say, we needed a professional for the job. Tony submitted a quote through Thumbtack and I hired him through that site on a Wednesday and was able to schedule the hauling for Saturday. I was given the 11am-1pm time frame and Tony was very good about texting and keeping me updated on his arrival time. He ended up being a little late, but had kept me updated the whole time, so that was okay. He and George were super fast and friendly. Once they actually saw the volume of items, they did have to readjust their estimate, but not by a shocking amount. They loaded up everything within 45 minutes and it filled up the whole truck! Super quick and efficient, they were great! I gave them both water bottles since it was a hot sweaty day and paid in cash. Quick, efficient and friendly - all I could ask for :D If I ever need another junk removal project, I would definitely call them!
Hauljunk came to the rescue when we needed our construction debris hauled. We loved their work, very clean and organized. Don Burd is the nicest man you could ever hire to do work in your home. Beyond that, he is very professional with a high degree of integrity and an outstanding work ethic. You may think there are no true craftsmen anymore. Well meet Don. He takes great pride in his work and fulfills his promise to do things right the first time so that he does not have to come back. Watch him work and you will be amazed how careful and meticulous he is, never any sloppy work. He really cares and will treat your home as if it were his own. Don is clean and organized and will respect your house. He cleans up after each day and never leaves a mess. We hired Don to sand and refinish the 19 year old engineered wood floors in the kitchen that were badly scratched with the factory finish starting to wear out. Now they look like new floors. And there was hardly any dust because he cleans as he goes. He did an outstanding job for a reasonable price! Now, we have asked Don to come back and install wood floors in two rooms that currently have carpet. I'll post later to let you know how that goes. Review on 2nd job - Having used Don in the past, deciding to hire Fancy Floors for another job was a no brainer. He did not disappoint. He did an absolutely beautiful job refinishing our adjoining kitchen and family room floors. The floors shine like never before. Don's work ethic and honesty is beyond reproach. You can trust him with the keys to your house. And his prices are extremely reasonable.

I had a great experience with this cleaning service from beginning to end! When I contacted them to inquire about services, they responded promptly (within a few minutes actually). My schedule is very tight and I was concerned I would not be able to find a time for them to come to my house and give me a quote. They were so flexible with my schedule and very prompt. When they came to see my house they were very nice, polite, and personable. They gave me a fair price and were able to schedule a time to come out and clean my house within the week. On the day they were coming to clean, they kept me updated about when they were on their way, when they were done, etc. And they did an excellent job with cleaning! I am a very hard person to please when it comes to this because I am very neat and somewhat neurotic about cleanliness. And my house had not been cleaned for a very long time because I lost my previous house cleaner when she moved several months ago and have gone through at least three cleaners since then who did not meet my standards. I was very surprised at how clean the house was! When I walked in, it smelled fresh and clean! The floors, kitchen counters and bathrooms, which, like I mentioned had not been cleaned for a long time and had several hard to clean spots, were pristine. And they were very detail oriented. I almost didn't want to touch anything! I contacted them immediately and asked them to come back every 2 weeks! Aside from the cleaning, they were just generally pleasant and helpful. They wanted to make sure that they cleaned to my satisfaction. And even helped me figure out how to reset my circuit breaker (when they arrived there was an electricity outage and Mr. Ordaz volunteered to help my reset it). If you are looking for a service that does an excellent job for a fair price, and has overall good service, hire them!
A friend recommended excellent cleaning to me since I was looking for someone to clean my house every other week. I wasn't sure what to expect so I called for an estimate and Patricia was nice and understanding about what I wanted cleaned. She told me that she had one or two partners that helped her clean which I was fine with as long as the cleaning was done. The price was reasonable. I was at home the whole time they cleaned and I liked the results of their cleaning. I recommend their cleaning services, they charge reasonably and do a great job.
Rosy was amazing. She came with one more helper to clean our 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse. She cleaned eveything as promised and during the cleaning , when she realized that 2 people are not sufficient to clean this house, she got another couple of people in the house for help and completed the job with 100% satisfaction. she did deep clean of the entire house plus cleaned the refrigerator, microwave and oven from inside as discussed before. Work quality was fantastic and our house looks brand new now after she and her team did the cleaning. All the bathroom commodes and bathtub are shining which were yelloish before and wooden floor is also very neat, clean and shiny. Excellent job done by Rosy and I’ll definitely hire her for future needs and I recommend her for any one looking for an efficient cleaning professional who is good at what she does.

Nancy and team did such a wonderful job staging my property. I offers on the first day and feel I got much more than top dollar by the elegant staging. To be honest, if my furniture was in the property I would have left money on the table. Do yourself a service and hire Nancy's team.
