I hired them for a toilet repair. He was quick to respond with a reasonable price. Picked up all the materials himself from home depot after having an initial look at the problem. Started fixing the problem, identified an another missing part and went to home depot again to get the additional part without any hesitation. Overall time to fix was less than an hour. The job was delivered in a thorughly professional manner. I highly recommend them if you are looking them for a high quality fix at a reasonable price

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work together with each individual Customer, and can offer discounts and/or reduced prices when possible. We want the relationship to be a win win experience for all.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak to the customer for a quick assessment and book an onsite visit at the customers convenience. Once we complete the onsite visit and assessment we follow with a written estimate. When hired we start the job as scheduled and when we finish the job, we clean up work area and leave it better than how we found it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15+ years of hands on experience. My training has been hands on while working with large respected companies where I started as a journey man.
