I had an outdoor faucet that had a leaking diverter ring frozen on to it plus the coupling side was frozen as well and Flavio was able to get specifics of situation over phone and come do the repair the next day. He took the time to explain the problem and the fix and got it wrapped up quickly and professionally. He also provided preventative tips as well. I was very pleased with his work and will definitely hire again for future plumbing needs.

It allowed only 3 choices. I would add punctuality and responsiveness. I had a plumbing issue outside involving the lead into the house and my water sprinklers. Very old. Flavio took the time to rebuild the system for me. He completed the project within the given timeline. And has followed up to make sure that everything is working correctly. Very professional explained everything that is needed before he started the project. Completely satisfied. Would recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.
