- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter applies an $89.00 trip charge to evaluate and diagnose your concerns, we will provide you with written options for repairs, installation, or replacement depending on your needs. We will also explain the options and answer any questions you may have. We may waive the trip charge if you choose to have us perform the work. We utilize a flat rate pricing model so you will know the exact cost before any work is performed. Ask about our coupons and Senior or Veterans discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our CSR will schedule an appointment for a visit to perform a thorough evaluation and diagnosis of your concerns. We will provide pictures and video along with our detailed findings. Based on the information we collect we then make the appropriate recommendations to solve concerns. The last thing we want to do is address the symptom and not resolve the problem for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 50 plus years of experience; our team has a wealth of knowledge and the skill to tackle any size plumbing project. We have completed rigorous courses in the latest and most advance plumbing technologies, use of modern materials and equipment, and safety practices. We have all had years of hands-on experience in the field, from something as simple as replacing a faucet to major repipe work, and new construction.
