I had scheduled someone to fix our AC but the soonest they had was 2 days away. Then Ali contacted me soon after and made arrangements to have someone over to the property the same day I submitted a request. This was extremely helpful during this heat wave. On top of that, their diagnosis cost was lower than the other company. Great working with them, will hire for annual maintenance.

Professional. Listened to the noise and described what could be making the sound. Then took the dryer apart and quickly found the problem. He explained what would be needed to repair the dryer and also gave us the option, for a little bit more money, to not only repair this problem, but make it much less likely for it to recur anytime soon. He even took the time to go and find a part for the dryer door which had not been latching properly for months. Highly recommended.
