Introduction: I love being active..and there is nothing better than doing what you love. Sports have always been a passion of mine, and helping people continues to be a huge desire for me. Through coaching and personal training, I get to see lives changed. I have worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I have also played basketball for over 20 years and have coached for the past 4 years. If you are looking to improve your game or even just begin to learn how to play basketball, I can help you develop and train you and take you to the next level. I am a certified personal trainer. If you are looking to work on your personal fitness goals, I can help you with that, from assessment of where you are now to development of a fitness plan, as well as supporting you and cheering you on through your process.
