Introduction: I love being active..and there is nothing better than doing what you love. Sports have always been a passion of mine, and helping people continues to be a huge desire for me. Through coaching and personal training, I get to see lives changed. I have worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I have also played basketball for over 20 years and have coached for the past 4 years. If you are looking to improve your game or even just begin to learn how to play basketball, I can help you develop and train you and take you to the next level. I am a certified personal trainer. If you are looking to work on your personal fitness goals, I can help you with that, from assessment of where you are now to development of a fitness plan, as well as supporting you and cheering you on through your process. Jewel is an amazing basketball coach. My 12 year old daughter really enjoys her lessons and has made a lot of improvements. Jewel is skilled, patient and a really nice person to boot. Highly recommend!

I’ve worked with Jewel to enhance my fundamentals and shooting. Jewel provides customized trainings based on progress and weak point. Jewel would break down simple movement to start and combine them together later. The whole process feels solid and progressing. Jewel also teaches the one motion shooting that is pretty fashionable. I highly recommend trying this with her. She watches and identifies all the abnormals during shooting and provides critical guidance. Not to mention that Jewel is always kind and patient. All the above composes a great experience. I’d definitely recommend Jewel.
