Was right on time. Ito examined all my blinds and advised/quoted the options I had for repair. He promptly restrung three blinds that needed it, allowing me to quickly clean them, and gave me advice on how to best deal with my aging vertical patio blinds. He is currently getting me a quote for a replacement rail for factory order and his installation. His communication is excellent, and it was especially reassuring to me to get such competent advice and service. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Bloomin Blinds.
UPDATE: Ito returned three weeks later, as promised, with the replacement rail and installed it quickly and neatly. I can't say enough about the reliability, honesty and integrity of Bloomin' Blinds!

One of my Hunter Douglass blinds broke. I emailed them on their website first thing in the morning. I got an immediate response and they scheduled a repair immediately. The tech showed up on time and fixed it quickly. Very happy!

We had ordered custom cellular shades from Home Depot and needed to cut them down in width (too wide due to casing in the window). We reached out to every blind/shade place on yelp and in thumbtack, and BloominBlinds was the only one who replied and was willing to hear and take a look at the problem (and provide solution). We didn't have the proper saw or blade, or even the knowledge of how to cut them, so we were just looking for someone who was willing to help us out. BloominBlinds came through for us and we could not be happier! We knew the risks on cutting a blind (there's no way we expected it to look like it arrived from the factory), but we just needed them to fit the window and function as they should, while still looking good. The work was done very well, quickly, and was explained prior to being done. If we ever run into blind/shade issues, we would definitely use BloominBlinds again (and refer them as well).
