Diogenes did an excellent job. He inspected our carpet and pre-spyayed any stains. We discussed which process to use, steam or shampoo. When he was finished, he had me inspect it. Overall, he was polite, thorough, and professional. i am very pleased with the job he did, and will definitely use Blue Cap for all my future carpet cleaning needs.

Blue Cap Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning our area rugs and they look like new! We had some unsightly food stains on one of our area rugs and other spots on a different one. Diogennes (the owner) recommended different cleaning approaches for each rug based on their placement and materials, and the rugs turned out beautifully! He is friendly, courteous, pays attention to detail, and really knows his stuff. We now have our go-to person for carpet cleaning and will be using Blue Cap Carpet Cleaning again in the future.

This company did an excellent job in cleaning my carpets. I like the professionalism and being responsive with my questions. I was also able to get the time slot that works best for me. No hidden costs and will not to try to sell other services unless you asked for it. Price is reasonable. I will definitely schedule with this company again.

Blue cap carpet cleaners did a great job with the carpet in my apartment. Because my apartment is so small the entire carpet was a high trafficked area, but they did an amazing job bringing it back to life!
