Our central heater did not start the first time we turned it on this winter. IRBIS HVAC were very responsive and came out to diagnose the problem the next day. They couldn't fix the issue that day since it needed a special part but came back on the weekend to get it working. Throughout the process they were very professional. Brian helped me schedule the appointments and emailed confirmations on both occasions. On both occasions the technicians arrived within the provided time windows. The first technician, Kenny, gave me a heads up half an hour before arriving at my location which I appreciated. After he diagnosed the problem, he walked me through the issue and the solution. He mentioned that he would not be able to fix it that day and made sure someone could come the next day to fix it. The second technician, Steven, came the next day and got the heating to work. I would use IRBIS again and recommend them for HVAC related issues.

Our home that we purchased three years ago didn't have cooling and central heating broke down two years ago. We finally decided we couldn't live without HVAC and started looking for options. Through thumbtack I came across IRBIS and they seemed to have great reviews. Called the guys over and Raymond (their project manager i think) came n explained all the details to me and my wife. We chose middle of three options offered to us. It took three days for complete installation which was undertaken by Oscar and Jonathan. I hadn't realized before that total work spanned over multiple different tasks such as plumbing, crawl-space inspection, gas-line, welding, electrical, carpentry and much more. The guys were up to the task though and I was surprised by how professional and thorough their conduct was. For all three days I got a message telling me when they were on their way, then they would work tirelessly until evening and keep me posted on everything. They would also clean everything after each day and made sure my house wasn't disrupted. They seemed knowledgeable about the work and also the compliance requirements. I would recommend their work and IRBIS in general 100% to anyone planning to install HVAC.
