We love referrals! As a thank you for helping our small business grow, we offer a special discount on your next cleaning for every new customer you recommend to us who books a service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a clear consultation to understand your specific needs and priorities. On the day of service, our team of two arrives on time with all necessary supplies. We do a quick walk-through with you to confirm the scope of work, then get to work right away. Once finished, we perform a final quality check to ensure everything is spotless and meets our high standards before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self-trained with a deep focus on safety and product knowledge. I have extensive experience in the proper use of cleaning chemicals to ensure they are safe for your family and pets, while still being effective against bacteria and grime. My 'training' is the 5-star feedback I consistently receive from my clients.
