I am so happy to have found Erfan. He came to our house to re-connect our 6 Nest Protect smoke detectors to our WiFi. They had gone offline when we "upgraded" our router. My husband and I, both engineers, spent at least 4 hours trying to figure out how to do it ourselves (not great info from AI, btw). Erfan had them all online again in an hour! Not only is he technically competent, but he is also very professional - answers information requests and texts promptly and thoroughly, showed up on time, respectful of your home, and made sure I agreed that the system was working to my satisfaction. On a personal level, he is very patient and low-key - just a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

We had an old Windows 2003 in the company with very important data on it and no backup, we were very worried, the Radtech team converted this old physical server to a virtual server and set up a backup for us. I am really glad that this old server became virtual and we no longer had to worry about its backup. We really thank you.
