FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in transparent and competitive pricing. Every project is different, so I provide a clear estimate before any work begins. I offer discounts for larger projects and long-term business clients whenever possible. My goal is to provide high-quality IT services at a fair price, delivering excellent value without compromising quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening carefully to the customer's needs and asking questions to fully understand the issue or project. In many cases, I can assess the situation through a phone call, photos, or a remote session before scheduling an onsite visit. After evaluating the problem, I explain the best solution, provide an estimate, and complete the work efficiently. Before finishing, I make sure everything is working properly and I'm always available for follow-up support if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering, along with industry certifications including Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSA, and Google IT Support Professional Certificate. Combined with over 14 years of hands-on IT experience, I've worked with a wide range of technologies, networks, servers, and business environments.
