I am so happy to have found Erfan. He came to our house to re-connect our 6 Nest Protect smoke detectors to our WiFi. They had gone offline when we "upgraded" our router.
My husband and I, both engineers, spent at least 4 hours trying to figure out how to do it ourselves (not great info from AI, btw). Erfan had them all online again in an hour!
Not only is he technically competent, but he is also very professional - answers information requests and texts promptly and thoroughly, showed up on time, respectful of your home, and made sure I agreed that the system was working to my satisfaction.
On a personal level, he is very patient and low-key - just a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

I worked with Erfan to setup network hardwiring as I was having issues with my WiFi and had various dead spots around the house, Erfan spent good amount of time communicating ahead of time to understand the problem and came prepared with proper equipment to diagnose and fix the issue. He was very knowledgeable and professional, great communication throughout the process. I strongly recommend him for your future needs and guarantee that you will be fully satisfied. And yes, his pricing is very reasonable compared to others in the market.

My outlook couldn’t send emails out and nobody can seem to figure it out except for Erfan. How he figured out it’s my signature and links on my signature that created the problem, I have no idea. He was responsive and a true professional . Now I have an IT resource!

I believe in transparent and competitive pricing. Every project is different, so I provide a clear estimate before any work begins. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening carefully to the customer's needs and asking questions to fully understand the issue or project. In many cases, I can assess the situation through a phone call, photos, or a remote session before scheduling an onsite visit. After evaluating the problem, I explain the best solution, provide an estimate, and complete the work efficiently. Before finishing, I make sure everything is working properly and I'm always available for follow-up support if needed.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering, along with industry certifications including Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSA, and Google IT Support Professional Certificate. Combined with over 14 years of hands-on IT experience, I've worked with a wide range of technologies, networks, servers, and business environments.
