Though not the lowest bid, I hired M Vizcarra since he was quick to respond and visit property for quite. (1) a walkway and a concrete platform at the end of it - Work was done cleanly. (2) Pressure wash existing concrete around the property and acid clean calstone pavers driveway - Needed some discussion and correction on the way it was done, acid etching left some marks since it was splashed around. He got a sprayer after discussion. So discuss this for your project so it’s done cleanly. (3) Seal the existing concrete around property and the pavers - This was done satisfactorily. Overall it was a good experience with him.
