We recently completed a 2000 sf extension to our home with Urban Nest Construction, including new kitchen, three bathrooms and two bathrooms. They designed, planned, got permits and built the new addition to the house exactly in time frame they provided us on first visit! They worked seamlessly and delivered exactly what we envisioned. They work very fast and stuck to the 4 month timeline for construction phase, and even worked evenings and weekends to stay on schedule. Communication was excellent, always responsive via text and quick to resolve any issues. Pricing was completely transparent with no hidden fees, and we found them very accommodative to adjustments when we made change requests.

Urban Nest remodeled my entire home in and did an excellent job; they help design and build a unique house that has become a great fit for our family way of life. They were very flexible and allowed us to be innovative and creative at deign phase as well as during construction phase, and did so much more than I could have with any another contracting firm; The demolition which I dreaded, went very smoothly with them. There was so much progress on weekly basis that we finished a month ahead of the target end date. Highly recommend them for any construction work!

We selected Urban Nest to add a second story to our home and remodel first floor bathrooms and kitchen. We utilized their architecturalservices as well as the construction services to design and build our kitchen, baths and new second story addition. We couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. We were thrilled with the designs they created - they listened to what we wanted, presented 3-D renditions and gave us options to review, before coming to a final design. It was everything we wanted in the design. We had the added benefit of consulting with them on cost and feasibility of many aspects of the design. They educated us throughout the process and advised us on reusing many things as well as sourcing of new items at wholesale prices, reducing our costs. They worked with our schedules and convenience and we were able to stay in our house during the whole process of remodel as well as construction. Honestly, I don't know what we would have done during the remodel if it weren't for Urban Nest.

Our prices are extremely affordable. And our finishing quality is very high. Please observe the quality of work on our website and give us a call for quick estimates based off a plan or proposed plans. This would be the best call you would have made for your budget!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We dont generally sub-contract out tasks. Our own teams perform the tasks, hence our overheads and quality are controlled efficiently. This translates to competitive proposals and lower prices for you as a customer.
2. In addition to general liability and bonds, we also carry workers compensation insurance to provide a complete peace of mind experience for you as a customer, during the construction process.
3. We can be compare with A grade contractors as our speed of delivery and quality would be second to none.
We strive for competitive bids, but our first priority is to be accommodative to our clients in all perspectives, hence we will work with your budgets and preferences to make it above and beyond just a business transaction.
