1. Admin contact client, makes introduction, asks for information regarding project, client basic information, and schedules a free in-home estimate. 2. Estimator meets with client on site of project, takes measurements, prepares estimate. 3. Emails estimate, once approved estimator contacts project coordinator who will then make contact with the client to schedule project start date.
