- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$75 per hour for small laser printer repair work + $45 Diagnosis Fee $95 per hour for large laser printer repair work + $45 Diagnosis Fee $125 per hour for production (high output) printer repair work + Diagnosis Fee Minimum On-site Diagnosis/Estimate Fee:$45 Also applies if service is refused b/c of increased estimate on parts. * Minimum Field Service $45 Rate is due upon arrival at site of customer, whether machine is repaired or not (depending on parts, etc.) Remarks: 1. Travel Charge included up to 20 miles radius of San Jose. 40 miles radius of San Jose add $15 Over 40 miles radius of San Jose add $35 2. Certain exclusions apply - check with service manager for these.

Originally Started the business since 1993, I specialized in servicing Typewriters, Copiers, Printers and providing ink and toner cartridges to businesses in Northern California, Over the years, our geographical reach has expanded, and so has our product line. Today, we offer a wide range of products and services, including: Printers, Copiers, Multifunction Printers, Printer Supplies: Ink and toner cartridges for various copier, printer models.
