I was looking for the repair service company for water heater such a long time. Few days ago I found this site and Abram appeared immediately once it's registered. His resoponce is pretty quick to schedule the appointment. Actually his repair is quick too. He cleaned the inside of equipment and replace the nozzle and it took about 1.5H. Hopefully I don't need to call him again though, I'm satisfied at least for now. Thank you, Abram!

I am not happy.
My toilet was clogged, Abram came with the snake and tried several times to unclog it. After half an hour he said that it is nothing he can do and that his company would still charge me $90.
And that the other way to try to fix the problem is to remove the toilet and flip it upside down and use snake from the other side, which would cost me $295 total for labor (25 extra minutes). I said that I can't afford it.
I found the same toilet for $150 and installed it myself. I understand he tried hard. But I am upset I had to pay for absolutely no result delivered.
