Very knowledgeable. We learnt about ducts in our house and what to do & what not to do. Thankfully, they prevented us from disturbing the asbestos and also gave the quote in case we want to do it properly in future.

Trio Air came out to inspect my old furnace for issues. Andres was very thorough and documented all the issues with the furnace, recommending a replacement and arranging for another tech to come out the same day to give me a quote. Cesar came to inspect my heating system and explained several options for replacing the furnace and vents. Though I decided not to move forward with the installation, Trio Heating was a pleasure to work with.

They had to fix my furnace thermostat and ended up having to install a whole new C wire connection. Not easy work but they definitely made me feel good about the value of work vs. cost. Junior (the tech who did the work) is the guy you want to show up. He doesn’t mess around and makes sure you get exactly what you want. The work he did made me feel good about spending money with this company.

I hired PacificAirUSA to clean my dryer vent, replace my duct insulation, and rodent-proof my attic. Sam came out to clean the dryer vent and give an inspection for the attic rodent problem. My dryer vent is long with 2 90-degree turns. Sam cleaned the outside vent very well, but only got to the first 90 degree turn. He did not attempt to clean the dryer side of the vent, but did offer after I questioned him. Since I cleaned that side myself, I knew it wasn't necessary. I decided to go with the rodent and vent work as well. Steven Juan arrived on time and were professional. They put out plastic in the house and kept the living area clean. Their duct work was excellent, and pointed out several issues they addressed. The new insulation will last a long time. For the rodent work, it did take 2 visits to get it right, but the company did it well in the end. They did seal all the holes around the ducts and walls that the first inspector identified. They did a good job removing the rodent dropping and sanitizing. Excellent work on the ducts. I wish they could have done the rodent work correctly the first time, but they came back out and made things right. They made sure I was happy with the work in the end, and that matters.
