Huge thank you to Mey Design Events for the excellent decor on my daughter’s birthday party!! From the start she was timely, creative, communicative and paid close attention to details and we received soooo many compliments from guests. What sets her apart is that she really cares about her work, our satisfaction and it showed. The custom centerpieces and table settings were well designed of high quality. I'm so so disappointed, they work like not professional, the party starts at 12 pm but they done at 1pm 🥶 and the balloons not perfect

I’m really sorry to hear you were disappointed. That’s never the kind of experience we want anyone to have when working with us.
For context we had the setup done before 12 PM as planned. One of the number balloons (the "5") deflated unexpectedly, and We drove over 15 miles to replace it right away because We truly care about making things right, even when last-minute issues come up.
We know timing and presentation are important, and I take full responsibility for anything that felt off. We are always learning and improving, and I appreciate your feedback.
