The Hero Pests crew worked so hard for three days straight, sunup to sundown. I started out with rats, opossums and raccoons and after todays’s inspection, everything looked clean.
The crew of four were always punctual, so courteous and professional. They explained all their procedures. What was once a pure nightmare for an 82 single woman, living alone, turned out to be something that could be conquered. I am so impressed by their work ethic!!!!!

We had a ground squirrel infestation and after an inspection by Hero Pests Control found out that rats had also been using the ground squirrels’ tunnels. They gave us a quote, were responsive when I reached out to set up a time for the work, and have been back a couple times to check the work and look for new activity. We have a one year follow up contract and they have been coming out whenever we notice new tunnels as well as the regular checks they provide. They are quick to respond and have been able to come out within days of reaching out.

each tech visit was very thorough and explained well. They did all they had to and even if uncertain, made the extra effort. They also left the traps in longer than they had to to cover the returns. All of the three different staff I met were professional, on time, and great to work with. Their price was very competitive and better than many I researched since others wanted to charge by rodent or visit!

I noticed bees inside my 2-story chimney and needed them to be removed. Hero responded immediately and carefully removed them without damaging my brick chimney. They kept me informed of their work schedule at all times and were very professional.
