Erasmo and CaliforniAir seem to be really popular and it was a bit of a struggle to schedule a time with them, but once that's out of the way they came on time and performed the necessary maintenance on the gas furnace and the vents quickly and professionally while also giving me some tips on proper maintenance. Overall the experience was great and I would be getting Erasmo and CaliforniAir again next time I need to have the maintenance done or other needs.

Californiar did a great job replacing our old metal return duct in the attic. It was very under sized,noisy, and very inefficient. I had only asked them to leave the old duct in place, but they went above and beyond and removed the whole thing. They also added another supply duct for us. Which worked out very well and our room is much cooler now. They protected the floors and cleaned up after the work. Will definitely work with them in the future.

Erasmo and his crew were a pleasure to work with! I got 3 quotes to replace our furnace and ALL of our ducts. CaliforniAir was $8K cheaper than the next best quote and they agreed to do a more complete job than the other company. The work was done on schedule and they cleaned up well. Erasmo made a house call a few weeks later to adjust our dampers and make some other adjustments.
