We had an issue with our garagedoor not working properly, and KJ Garage Service was quick to help. They came out to do an estimate, clearly explained what the problem was, and later returned to install a new garagedoor motor. Their response time was fast and very prompt.
Our technician, Dru, was professional and courteous. He texted us before arriving, which we really appreciated, and he took the time to walk us through all the features of the new motor after installation. Everything was done smoothly and efficiently.

Sookie came promptly - we were able to get a 1st thung the next morning appointment. He told us that the opener was broken and we needed a new one. Sookie had one on the truck that was a better deal than one we could buy ourselves. He installed it quickly and it works beautifully. KJs is responsive, capable and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Ivan is a perfectionist, came to do a garagedoor opener installation and ended up fine tuning the garage spring. He is polite, professional and a nice guy to boot. I highly recommend KJ's and if you get Ivan, you will be in good hands!

This review is long overdue. They replaced our garage motor in July 2017. They did a great job, were quick to respond, and gave us different options when trying to make a decision as to which one to chose for our 80s townhome. They ended up replacing several things and it runs smoothly now and we have had no issues. In fact, it's so quiet I check it to make sure it's actually opening and closing. They even recommended an electrician who came out very promptly to reroute our power supply so the box could be placed in a different, better location.

Very happy with the work KJ did on our garagedoor.
He was schedule the work next day and arrived on time. He explained what needs to be done and how much it would cost (no different than what he quoted earlier). He finished the job on time.
The garagedoor works perfectly now. Also very quiet since he lubricated the rollers too.
Overall I would not hesitate to call KJ again. I recommend him.

Because of many variables in parts and products its not possible to establish a standard pricing model. The same holds true for labor services as we can accomplish a wide array of garage door repairs, adjustments and new installations, each of which require competitive and affordable pricing which we do offer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a call, text or email comes in we discuss with the customer just what is happening, or not, as the case may be with their garage door. We then establish an onsite appointment time for our experienced technicians to review first-hand what the problem is and how best to correct it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
